Isle of Raasay Distillery
Opened in 2017, Isle of Raasay Distillery was Scotland's first legal whisky distillery on a Hebridean island. It sits within the restored Victorian Borodale House and uses water from a spring beneath the site to produce award-winning single malt whisky and gin.
